Whatever the event, organising the portable toilet hire can be stressful, we are here to take that unnecessary stress away from you.

When will you deliver and collect?

We contact you the week before your event and arrange a delivery time. For a Saturday event we would generally deliver on the Thursday or Friday and collect on the following Monday.

How many toilets do I need for my event?

This depends on the length of your event and the number of guests you have attending. Let us know as much information as possible about your event and we can recommend a suitable sized trailer. Please Contact Us for more information.

Where should I position the trailer?

We always do our best to ensure that the toilet trailers are positioned where you want them. However, please consider a few key points before choosing the location:

  • Do you have space for a 4×4 vehicle towing a trailer? As a guide we will need 9ft width and a 12ft height clearance.
  • The trailers need to be positioned on flat firm ground that is as level as possible. Ideally hard standing. We can position on grass so long as it it not too muddy. We try our best not to damage lawns or driveways.
  • It is always a good idea to have a Plan B alternative pitch position.
  • We are not liable for any accidental damage caused on site.

What do I need to provide for the toilets?

All  toilet trailers will need a 240v/13amp/2.5kva power supply via mains electricity or a generator. We will provide all leads and connections which are PAT tested as standard. The trailer units produce a max 12.8amp draw.

When and how do I need to pay for my loo hire?

We ask for full payment prior to delivery on all trailers.

When?

If your event is more that 4 weeks away we will ask for a 25% deposit, this secures the equipment for you. We will then send you an invoice approximately 2 weeks prior to your event which needs to be settled in full by return to ensure funds are received well in advance of your event.

If your event is less than 4 weeks away we will request the full balance on booking.

How?

Payments can be made online via BACS.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

Please let us know as soon as possible, call 0779-901-8752 or email info@bathluxurytoilethire.co.uk. Please note that if your event is cancelled within 28 days of the hire start date, we will be unable to refund your booking.
